I generally reply to all emails within 24 hours so that is often the easiest way to get in touch.
Twycross House – During term times there is usually no need to make an appointment unless you are in need of a full uniform or a large number of items. If I have booked you in for an appointment then I can ensure that I am appropriately stocked and staff to help you get the items that you need as quickly as possible. If you would like to come at a time when I am not usually open then please let me know and I am happy to make an appointment for you outside of my regular opening hours.
School Holidays – During school holidays then Jilly Beans operates on an appointment only basis. Appointments do get booked up very quickly for July and August so I recommend that if you are in need of a specific date or time then you book in as soon as possible. Booking for summer “Back to School” appointments generally opens after May half term and we tend to be fully booked for the summer months by the end of June so we do urge customers not to leave it to the last minute if possible.

Twycross House School – the uniform shop is within the school grounds of The Hollies (CV9 3PQ), close to the cookery rooms and library building. Please follow the sign and come through the archway into the courtyard.
Yes, I stock some excellent quality leather school shoes in black and brown including Ricosta, Petasil and Hush Puppies. I also stock white trainers, football boots and black pumps.
These are all available at the Twycross School shop.
For both schools the majority of key uniform items are bespoke and show the school badge/ name. These items do need to be purchased from Jilly Beans along with any other items on your uniform list which are indicated. We are very happy to provide advice on which items these currently are for each school.
We aim to be a ‘one stop shop’ for all of your school needs from uniform to stationery. Some items such as trousers and shirts can be purchased elsewhere, however we do stock a range of these items in the correct colours which are extremely good quality.
We accept the majority of debit and credit cards and also cash payments. We do not accept cheques.
Please feel free to call / email and we will be able to advise you. Each item and brand tends to be a little different in terms of fit, so if you are unsure then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
You are welcome to try on items during opening hours and, if you have ordered online, then I can exchange items for a different size. Please do not remove any tags until you are sure that you want to keep your purchase and return the unworn goods in their original packaging and condition within 5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit so please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
